Who We Are
BreviLearn is operated by Xuan Rui Technology. In this policy, "BreviLearn", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the BreviLearn platform, website, dashboards, marketplace, and classroom tools.
You can contact us about this policy or your personal data at hello@brevi-learn.com.

- Legal consent and account eligibility records, such as acceptance timestamps, policy versions, and signup attestations.
- Parent, student, and child profile details needed to manage enrolments, linked accounts, schedules, and class access.
- Tutor profile and verification details, such as teaching information, academic credentials, identity documents, payout details, rates, availability, and class listings.
- Learning activity, including enrolments, attendance, chat messages, class announcements, homework submissions, session notes, uploaded files, whiteboard activity, and recordings when enabled.
- Payment and wallet records, such as top-ups, enrolment payments, receipts, payout status, and transaction references. Payment card or bank details may be handled by payment providers instead of being stored directly by BreviLearn.
- Technical and usage data, including device information, IP address, browser type, log data, cookies, performance diagnostics, and security events.
Children And Student Data
BreviLearn is built for education, so some accounts and class records may relate to students under 18. A parent, guardian, or authorised adult must consent to and supervise a child's use of BreviLearn where required.
We do not knowingly allow students under 13 to create accounts directly without required parent, guardian, school, or authorised educator permission. If we learn that an under-13 student created an account directly without that permission, we may restrict the account while we request approval, or delete the account and related personal data where appropriate.
Parents or guardians may contact us to ask whether we hold personal data about their child, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable.
Tutors, parents, and students should only upload student information that is needed for learning, class management, safety, or support. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information about a child or another person.
How We Use Data
We use personal data to operate and improve BreviLearn, including to:
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and protect sessions.
- Verify tutors and help parents and students assess class listings.
- Run live classes, class chats, whiteboards, homework, materials, announcements, recordings, and progress tracking.
- Process enrolments, payments, wallet balances, receipts, refunds, tutor payouts, and related support.
- Send important service messages, such as verification, class, schedule, payment, security, and support updates.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud or abuse, debug issues, measure performance, and improve beta features.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and dispute resolution obligations.
Recordings And Class Materials
Some classes may use recordings, uploaded materials, whiteboards, chat uploads, or homework files. These items may contain personal data, student work, voices, images, or screen content.
If recording is enabled, participants should treat the class as recorded and avoid sharing information they do not want captured. Tutors are responsible for using recordings and student materials only for legitimate class purposes.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide BreviLearn, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Different records may be kept for different periods, such as account records, payment records, tutor verification records, logs, class materials, homework, and recordings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service is completely secure, so users should also protect their passwords, devices, and access codes, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
International Processing
BreviLearn and our service providers may process or store data in Malaysia or other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with applicable Malaysian data protection requirements and our agreements with service providers.
Your Choices And Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, although this may affect your ability to use some features.
To make a request, contact us at hello@brevi-learn.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Updates To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BreviLearn changes. The latest version will be posted on this page. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice in the platform or by email.
